Project Management & Planning

Our project management will work closely with the client, liaising technical requirements as well as schedule and cost projections towards the subcontractor to ensure project expectations are delivered on time, safely and to budget.

Our in-house techno-commercial expertise, enables us to plan a complete project road map from primary feasibility evaluation to final delivery and hand over for operation. This includes performing a cost, schedule and risk analysis (CSRA) at selected project phases, to identify any potential cost/schedule overruns and initiate mitigating actions.
