Downstream LNG Liquification Plant Construction Management

The project included engineering and construction of a Natural Gas Liquification Plant in Europe by a major EPCI technology holder. The Project included the main process systems such as incoming natural gas metering and receiving station, Pipelines, gas pre-treatment unit, a liquefaction unit, pressurised LNG storage, LNG loading station and associated utilities.

Delivered Scope & Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender documents and tender stage cost and schedule estimation for the Engineering Sub-Contractor
• Provision of Project Controls services to the Engineering Sub-Contractor
• Provision of Construction Engineering and Construction Management to the main EPCI Contractor
