Topside Facilities Integrity Assessment

Safe and continued operation of production facilities is a key element of Client’s operation. In this project, the platforms were constructed in 2005 and handled about 2500 MMSCFD sour gas to shore. Following an initial independent inspection performed in 2017, lack of integrity of the facilities was highlighted. As a result, a rectification program was initiated by Operator, requiring an independent 3rd party verification.

• Independent strength and fatigue analysis of the facility structure for life-extension
• Technical review of the initial topside integrity inspection report
• Technical review of the rectification program
• Risked Based Assessment of facilities and inspection prioritisation
• Quality Assurance, Inspection and Independent Verification of the rectification program implementation
