Implementation of Pipeline Integrity Management System
Offshore pipelines are part of some key assets in producing oil and gas resources. This project included:
- 32”, 305 km gas pipeline (onshore & offshore)
- 30”, 68 km gas pipeline (onshore & offshore)
- 30”, 147 km gas pipeline (onshore and offshore)
- 20”, 5 km gas pipeline (offshore)
- 20”, 3.1 km gas pipeline (offshore)
- 32”, 98 km sour gas export pipeline (onshore & offshore)
Listed pipelines were constructed from 2004 to 2008, delivering circa 2500 MMSCFD sour gas to shore.

- Corrosion Rate Assessment
- Risk Assessment and prioritization
- Recommendation of repair strategies
- Recommendation of long-Term integrity plans
- Integrity status report
- Data gathering on the as-built information and as-is status
- In-Line Inspection data post processing and scrutinization
- Developing a dedicated Pipeline Integrity Management Software
- Evaluating pipelines structural integrity and remaining lifetime
- Recommendations for maintaining integrity of the assessed pipelines
- Independent verification of the pipeline integrity status reports
