FPSO Redeployment Studies

Drawing on Noran Energy’s inhouse experience and expertise, performed Project & Engineering Management assistance to offshore oil and gas field operators for their field development operatorships.

Projects included identification of suitable FPSO redeployment candidates for the field specific characteristics followed by managing various Concept, Pre/FEED, FEED and Detail Engineering on behalf of the client.

Delivered Scope & Responsibility

• Integrated Project Management Team
• Authoring project framing documentation as well as preparing and conducting tenders
• Overseeing implementation of Basis of Design and Functional requirements in Engineering
• Undertaking all client management meetings
• Undertaking Project specific budget & Schedule for deliverables
• Overseeing all deliverables were met with client and project expectation
• Ensuring all project Technical Safety & HSSE requirements are met
• Project weekly reporting and closure
