Feasibility Assessments, Concept Studies and EPCI Follow-up

Since inception, Noran Energy has been performing numerous techno-commercial evaluation of Oil and Gas field development and life extension opportunities in the North Sea, North Africa and Middle East. Some of these Feasibility Assessments have then been followed by Concept Studies and EPCI Follow-up on behalf of the Field Operator.

Delivered Scope & Responsibility

• Preparation and presentation of Techno-commercial solution and investment case to internal and external stakeholders
• Risk and Opportunities evaluation
• HAZID, HAZOP and Technical Review Workshop facilitation
• Preparation of Tender Packages for relevant stage of the project (e.g. FEED, Detail Engineering, Construction, Installation, Commissioning)
• Provision of Project Management & Engineering Team as part of an integrated team to Client
• Preparation and maintaining project framing documentation including, but not limited to Basis Of Design, Functional Requirements, Regulatory Compliance Plan, Interface Management Plan, etc.
• On-site construction, installation and commissioning supervision
